I have to agree with spooky. He isn't nit picking, those are serious problems.
My eyes hurt from squinting at my computer screen, and I stopped playing after the fith level because I was so frustrated, due to how many times I made the wrong move bacuse my curser was in the wrong place when I clicked. If this had been full screen I would have no real complaints. Everything else was perfect. I only would note that a change of seenary now and then would have been nice, and I would have liked to see a more interesting main character.I'm giving this my fourth place vote. I would have given it more, but the size of the screen really killed the better part of the experience for me. Afther downloading the right DLL the game works. A pritty good game. Beautifle graphics.
Music also good. The dark for the game but nice picking. I agree withe the rest of the guy's i mis the zoom in function.
Game play for the rest is very good. The idea of the game is also new to me. There are some simular games but none of them looks like this one. Even from the Amiga time i can't find a game look like this one. There for The game play the graphics and a nice windows game play i vote this game number 1.
I can see you have done a lot of work for it to make it this nice.Question from my part. Wil there be more levels. Very nice and clean graphics, they really do give the game a good feel. The controls are good and it plays nicely. But I have a few gripes. If you drop the block you're carrying from standing on another block (so it falls to a floor lower then where you are) it seems gets stuck between the higher and lower spaces and takes up both in the collision detection. It also means you can't pick the block up again either and it makes level 6 impossible to me to complete. It may be a problem with the timing on my system. The window is too small for me, running at 1280/960 desktop that window is tiny.Other then that I'm very pleased with what this game tries to offer, ven if it has some problems.
I'm giving it 3rd place in my votes. Personally I thought the small window with grey border worked well for the game, even if the camera aspect ratio was a bit off.
Being able to move and zoom the camera as well as rotate it could have been good, but the movement is smooth and the graphics are good, those dark clouds really work with the style of the game, and I love the transparent menus. Nice music too, and the ability to load other levels (even if there aren't any for download) along with the ease of editing them in notepad (although an editor might be nice) puts this well in my top 10.
